Job Summary

As an SAP SuccessFactors System Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the IT department's SAP Operations unit, focusing on the maintenance, development, and operation of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite. Your daily responsibilities include leading implementation projects, analyzing departmental requirements, and providing expert consultation on system feasibility. You will serve as a key technical contact, handling 2nd-level support tickets, performing system customizing, and ensuring high-quality documentation. A significant portion of the role involves managing interfaces with adjacent systems and coordinating with external support partners.
