Job Summary

As an SAP SuccessFactors System Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the IT Central Division's SAP Operations department. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the comprehensive management, development, and operation of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite, specifically focusing on modules like Employee Central, Onboarding, and Recruiting. You will act as a bridge between technical implementation and business requirements, providing 2nd level support, performing system customizing, and managing interfaces to adjacent systems. This role is particularly unique as it offers the chance to shape a new HR landscape during a fresh implementation phase. You will work in a dynamic environment with flat hierarchies, coordinating both internal departments and external support partners. The position is governed by the TVöD public service collective agreement, offering high job security, flexible working hours, and mobile office options within a professional airport infrastructure.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus on Computer Science or Business Informatics; SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors support or consulting
  • Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting)
  • Professional experience in SAP HCM ERP systems and their interaction with SuccessFactors
  • Experience in managing IT implementation projects and coordinating external partners
  • Professional background in human resources processes and roles
