Job Summary

As a Digital Process Expert, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between insurance distribution and modern technology. Reporting directly to the Sales Director for Digital Empowerment, you will be responsible for the technical support and digital enablement of sales managers and independent partners. Your day-to-day involves marketing and rolling out digital solutions, managing technical requirements such as secure data lines and portal access, and creating engaging training content for webinars and workshops. You will act as a consultant for IT units and sales partners to ensure the effective use of digital applications and scale cross-segment solutions. This position is ideal for someone with a background in the broker segment who enjoys driving innovation and knowledge transfer.
