Job Summary

As a Senior QSP Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in the development and optimization of Quantitative Systems Pharmacology platform models across diverse oncological mechanisms. Your daily responsibilities will include modeling immune checkpoint inhibitors, antibody-drug conjugates, T-cell engagers, and CAR-T therapies. You will be responsible for creating virtual patient populations to capture heterogeneity and support clinical trial design. This role involves implementing cutting-edge Model-Informed Drug Development (MIDD) methods, including the integration of AI and machine learning for literature research and population optimization. Working within the PMx Oncology Group, you will provide actionable insights to drive decisions on dosing, combination therapies, and treatment duration. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or PhD in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Pharmacology, Systems Biology, Mathematics, or Engineering).

Experience

  • Extensive professional experience in the development of quantitative systems pharmacology or systems biology models
  • Proven scientific track record in drug development and statistical modeling
  • Practical experience in programming and scripting for scientific applications
  • Experience in modeling complex oncological mechanisms such as CAR-T or bispecific antibodies
