Job Summary

As an Embedded Systems Hardware Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and optimization of complex embedded systems. Your daily activities involve conceptualizing system architectures, selecting high-performance components, and creating EMC-compliant circuit diagrams in close collaboration with layout, manufacturing, and quality management teams. You will manage technical documentation, perform rigorous commissioning and integration tests, and support software development teams during type testing and product approval. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy a mix of theoretical design and hands-on laboratory work with measurement technology. The position is particularly attractive due to its permanent contract, 30 days of vacation, and a strong focus on professional development through individual training and feedback cycles within a globally active engineering service provider.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Multiple years of professional experience in hardware and electronics development
  • Proven experience in printed circuit board (PCB) design
  • Extensive experience in EMC-compliant design for industrial environments
  • Experience with CAD design tools and simulation software
  • Experience in hardware-related software development such as FPGA or driver programming
