Job Summary
This role involves supporting operational process management within the Office for Central Control, Organization, and Personnel for the Teltow-Fläming district. As a Process Management Specialist, you will be responsible for visualizing complex workflows, identifying dependencies, and collaborating with process owners to develop optimized 'target' processes. You will also ensure effective process controlling and work closely with internal bodies like the Works Council to ensure compliance and participation rights. This position is ideal for professionals with a background in public administration who enjoy analytical thinking and organizational design. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Public Management, Diploma in Public Administration (Dipl.-Verwaltungswirt), Certified Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt), or a comparable relevant degree.
Experience
- Professional experience in operational process management and workflow visualization
- Experience in developing and optimizing target processes in collaboration with stakeholders
- Experience in public administration or a similar regulatory environment is preferred
- Demonstrated experience in project or working group participation
