Job Summary

As the AI Lead within the Digital Transformation Office at Daimler Buses, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of mobility by driving the company's AI strategy. Reporting directly to the executive management, you will lead the 'AI Powerhouse' cross-functional working group, coordinating AI initiatives across the entire value chain. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, prioritizing AI solutions in collaboration with IT and business units, and ensuring the realization of EBIT targets through digital innovation. A significant portion of the role focuses on enablement and change management, where you will lead training sessions like the AI Masterclass and foster a digital culture via the social intranet. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Extensive experience in the conception and implementation of digitalization projects
  • Proven track record in business analysis specifically within AI, process modeling, and data analytics
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder networks, ideally within the automotive (Bus/Truck) sector
  • Demonstrated experience in change management and organizational transformation methods
