Job Summary

As an SAP Customer Service Data Specialist at Dräger, you will be the central authority for service-relevant data within a global digitalization project. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing, maintaining, and optimizing service master data—such as equipment, material, contract, pricing, and tax tables—across SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft CRM. You will play a critical role in troubleshooting support tickets from international subsidiaries, identifying interface errors, and implementing data-driven solutions. Working within an agile product team, you will participate in international co-creation sessions, manage mass data updates, and support global rollouts by collaborating with local key users on data migration strategies.
