Job Summary
As a 2nd Level Support Specialist at Akkodis, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation within the information and communication technology sector. Your daily responsibilities include conducting virtual pre-checks, generating installation quotes, and independently managing order and appointment coordination. You will act as a central coordinator, steering service technicians and external partners while evaluating and prioritizing incoming orders. This role requires a high degree of organizational skill as you will be responsible for order monitoring, reporting, and detailed documentation. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering, telecommunications, IT, or a similar discipline.
Experience

- Experience in coordinating service technicians and managing external service providers
- Proven track record in order prioritization and appointment tracking
- Experience in creating technical offers and performing pre-installation checks
