As a Community Manager at FITKO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation of Germany's public administration. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating both online and in-person events and exchange formats to foster collaboration across federal networks. Your day-to-day involves capturing community needs, documenting requirements, and ensuring knowledge transfer between external stakeholders and internal FITKO teams. You will actively develop innovative networking formats to increase the visibility of IT architecture, standards, and cybersecurity initiatives. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or Diploma (FH) in Business, Marketing, PR, Public Relations, or a comparable field; alternatively, equivalent professional qualifications at a Bachelor's level.

Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in organizing or managing network-like groups, either online or offline (professional or volunteer experience).
  • Professional experience in structured documentation and requirement gathering.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating events and collaborative exchange formats.
  • Proven interest or background in Information Technology, IT security, or digital policy.
