This role involves the technical planning, documentation, and conceptual design of telecommunications and 50Hz electrical systems for large-scale infrastructure projects. As a (Junior) Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for creating design, approval, and execution plans, as well as developing customer-specific technical and economic solutions. Your daily tasks include evaluating service specifications, preparing cost estimates, and managing construction measures based on specific regulatory standards. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering; alternatively, a certified Technician or Master Craftsman (Meister) in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in planning cable, transmission, and IP technology
  • Practical knowledge of railway-specific telecommunications systems or 50Hz power systems
  • Experience in creating design, approval, and execution planning documents
  • Familiarity with relevant German technical laws and standards including VDE, DIN, and EN
  • Experience in preparing service specifications and cost estimates
