Job Summary

As a Commissioning Engineer for Special Purpose Machinery, you will play a critical role in bringing complex vacuum coating systems to life for international clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve preparing and executing the commissioning of these specialized systems both domestically and abroad. You will serve as a technical expert on-site, providing essential support, troubleshooting malfunctions, and creating detailed technical documentation. Beyond the mechanical setup, you will act as a trainer for customers and staff, ensuring they are proficient in operating the equipment. This role is highly collaborative, as you will assist the development team with technical inquiries to improve system design. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed further training as a Technician or a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

  • Practical experience in mechanical and plant engineering, ideally within the special purpose machinery sector
  • Experience in the preparation and execution of system commissioning
  • Professional experience in PLC programming with Siemens or Beckhoff systems
  • Experience in technical project support and on-site customer service
  • Experience in creating technical documentation and conducting technical training
