Job Summary

As a Senior SAP BRIM Consultant at Zalando, you will play a pivotal role in executing the company's B2C strategy by developing and scaling core business processes within an international ERP team of 15 consultants. Based in Berlin, you will work within a modern SAP S/4HANA landscape (2023 FPS02) and BTP environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing expert-level support for complex incidents, leading process improvement projects, and managing stakeholder relationships across the O2C and Document Compliance domains. A significant portion of this role involves technical leadership, as you will mentor a sub-team of five, guiding their skill development and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
