Job Summary

As a Remote Diagnostics Service Technician, you will provide critical 2nd-level technical support to automotive workshops, tackling complex repair and diagnostic challenges. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing electronic systems, control units, and vehicle diagnostics remotely. You will perform specialized tasks such as parameterization, calibration, and flashing using both Independent Aftermarket (IAM) and Original Equipment (OE) diagnostic tools. This role is unique as it combines deep technical automotive expertise with digital remote support, allowing you to guide workshops through systematic problem-solving and error analysis.
