Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Support Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for technical hardware and software issues across Munich and the Southern Bavaria region. Your daily responsibilities involve performing maintenance on PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, as well as troubleshooting network and Windows workstation errors. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of workplace setups, including the installation of new hardware, decommissioning old equipment, and migrating user data. Additionally, you will document support cases in ticketing systems and provide user training on new systems. This role is ideal for service-oriented professionals who enjoy a mix of technical problem-solving and direct customer interaction. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT Systems Electronics Technician (IT Systemelektroniker), or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in troubleshooting notebooks, printers, and mobile devices
  • Practical experience with Active Directory and permission management
  • Experience working with standard software and modern operating systems
  • Proven experience in hardware installation and workplace setup
  • Experience in documenting technical issues within ticketing systems

Languages

German (Fluent)

  • Valid driver's license (Class B/PKW) is required for travel within the Munich and Southern Bavaria region.
