As a Production Operator at Arxada's Horhausen facility, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliable, safe, and efficient operation of chemical production plants. Working within a dedicated shift team, your daily responsibilities will alternate between monitoring process parameters from the control room and performing hands-on tasks within the multi-stage production units. You will be responsible for starting up and shutting down systems, troubleshooting malfunctions, and documenting workflows using digital tools like SAP and Microsoft Office. This role is particularly attractive because it welcomes career changers (Quereinsteiger) and offers a permanent contract within a global leader in microbial control and specialty chemicals.
