Job Summary

This role involves critical quality control for raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods within a leading global chemical and biotech solutions company. The Lab Technician will be responsible for executing comprehensive testing and analysis according to established methods and production requirements, including performing in-process controls (IPC), calculating/verifying recipes for blended products, and ensuring material releases. Key day-to-day tasks include maintaining and qualifying laboratory equipment, troubleshooting issues, and performing minor repairs. The successful candidate will also manage the creation of Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) in SAP, organize and analyze retained samples, and assist with customer complaint investigations, including root cause analysis and CAPAs. This position requires adherence to strict safety regulations and operates within a 2-shift system, demanding high attention to detail and strong analytical skills in a professional lab environment.
