Job Summary

This full-time, permanent role at the Mainz Police Headquarters involves providing comprehensive technical support for an organization responsible for the safety of over 800,000 citizens. You will be the primary point of contact for approximately 1,700 employees, delivering both remote and on-site first-level support. Your daily responsibilities include the commissioning and maintenance of hardware and software, user administration, and system monitoring.
