Job Summary
As a Project Manager for Technical Facility Services at ENGIE, you will lead service, maintenance, and small-scale renovation projects for commercial B2B clients across Berlin and Brandenburg. Your daily responsibilities include the technical and commercial organization of maintenance measures for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and electrical systems. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients such as shopping centers and office buildings, coordinating both internal service technicians and external service providers. The role balances field-based coordination with office tasks like project calculation, material procurement, and scheduling. This position is ideal for a technical professional looking to combine leadership responsibilities with technical expertise in a climate-neutral focused environment. Required Skills
Education
Completed advanced training as a Technician or Master Craftsman (Meister) in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Plumbing (SHK), Electrical Engineering, or MSR; or a degree in Engineering (Supply Engineering, Energy and Building Technology, or Facility Management).
Experience
- Professional experience in a similar position focusing on technical facility services, maintenance, and repair of building technical systems
- Initial experience in leading project teams is preferred
- Experience in technical and commercial project coordination and monitoring
- Experience in calculating maintenance and repair projects
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B driver's license required. Position involves travel to customer sites in Berlin and parts of Brandenburg.
