Job Summary

As an Electrical Engineering Site Manager at ENGIE Deutschland, you will play a pivotal role in the transition to climate neutrality by overseeing complex industrial electrical projects. Based in Gladbeck, you will lead individual orders and coordinate various trades, serving as the central point of contact for specialist fitters, subcontractors, and clients. Your daily responsibilities include managing installation and repair work—such as switchgear setup and cable routing—conducting electrical measurements (DGUV V3), and ensuring strict adherence to occupational safety standards. You will support project management in risk and claim management while ensuring high-quality, economical project execution. Required Skills

Education

Ideally a degree or qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or State-Certified Technician (Techniker) in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in plant construction, service, or electrical maintenance within an industrial environment
  • Practical experience in construction site safety and team leadership
  • Experience working with low and medium voltage systems
  • Proven track record in coordinating multiple trades and managing subcontractors
