Job Summary
As a Workforce Management Specialist at Vitos Nordhessen, you will be a key member of a 13-person HR team managing personnel matters for approximately 1,600 employees across eight locations. Your primary responsibility involves steering and coordinating duty roster processes in compliance with legal, collective bargaining (TVöD, TV Ärzte VKA), and internal regulations. You will play a pivotal role in the rollout of the 'PEP' software by P&I Loga, replacing legacy systems and optimizing staffing requirements according to psychiatric staffing guidelines (PPP-RL). Day-to-day, you will advise managers on working time laws, develop new working time models, and conduct software training for staff. This role is particularly attractive due to its blend of technical software optimization and strategic HR consulting within a meaningful healthcare environment. Required Skills
Education
Degree or professional qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare Management, or a related field with relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in workforce management or duty roster management
- Experience within a hospital or healthcare environment is highly preferred
- Proven knowledge of working time processes and legal foundations of labor law
- Experience with duty roster software, ideally P&I Loga PEP
- Experience in creating evaluations, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reports
- Experience in cross-departmental collaboration and management consulting
