Job Summary
As a Facility Management Technician at Schwartauer Werke, you will play a vital role in maintaining the physical infrastructure of a market-leading food production company. Your daily responsibilities include performing a wide range of manual tasks, specifically focusing on painting, tiling, and masonry work. You will independently carry out repairs, small-scale modernization projects, and routine maintenance to ensure all buildings and infrastructure remain in top condition. The role involves regular inspections to identify necessary interventions early and coordinating with external service providers when needed. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in a manual trade (e.g., Interior Construction, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Drywall) or equivalent practical professional experience.
Experience

- Practical experience in specialized trades such as painting, tiling, or masonry
- Experience in independent repair work and small-scale modernization projects
- Experience in coordinating with external service providers
