As a Regulatory Affairs Manager at Schwartauer Werke, you will play a critical role in ensuring the compliance and integrity of market-leading food products like jams and cereal bars. Your daily responsibilities include reviewing and approving product declarations, designs, and advertising copy to ensure they meet legal standards. You will serve as a key advisor to various departments on food law, participate in product development projects, and represent the company during internal and external audits. A vital aspect of this role involves active participation in crisis management, which includes on-call duties. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Food Chemistry with the Second State Examination, or a degree in Food Technology, Food Chemistry, or Oecotrophology.
Experience
- Professional experience in food law is required for candidates with degrees in Food Technology or Oecotrophology
- Experience in reviewing product designs and promotional texts
- Experience in advising internal departments on legal food requirements
- Experience participating in internal and external audits
