Job Summary
As an Electrical Project Manager at R. Gembe Elektrotechnik GmbH, you will lead residential and commercial projects within the Rhine-Neckar region. Your daily responsibilities include conducting expert client consultations, developing technical concepts, and preparing bids. You will manage the entire project lifecycle from planning and calculation to execution, coordinating closely with lead installers on-site. The role involves negotiating with manufacturers, monitoring project timelines and budgets, and mentoring your team's professional development. Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman in Electrical Engineering (Elektrotechnikmeister) or an equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical project management and execution

- Proven track record in procurement negotiations with manufacturers and suppliers
- Experience in team leadership and employee development
- Demonstrated experience in cost control and project scheduling
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B (or Class 3) driver's license is required. Must be willing to work full-time on a permanent basis.
