Job Summary

As a Customer Service Project Manager at KONZMANN Gebäudetechnik, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of service and maintenance orders within the building technology sector. Your daily activities will include efficient personnel scheduling to ensure full staff utilization, material procurement, and the billing of maintenance contracts. You will play a crucial role in financial oversight by monitoring costs and revenues, preparing quotes for new and existing maintenance agreements, and resolving outstanding payments in coordination with the commercial manager. Beyond administrative tasks, you will serve as a key point of contact for long-term clients and drive business growth through new customer acquisition. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a State-Certified Technician (Staatlich geprüfter Techniker) or equivalent technical qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in customer service management or project coordination within the building technology industry
  • Leadership experience in a professional setting is preferred
  • Experience in financial oversight, including billing, cost control, and managing accounts receivable
  • Proven track record in customer acquisition and long-term client retention
