Job Summary

As an IT Service Continuity Manager, you will play a critical role in establishing, implementing, and maintaining the company-wide IT Emergency and Continuity Management System (ITSCM). Your daily responsibilities include conducting risk, gap, and availability analyses, and defining recovery time objectives (RTO) and key performance indicators (KPIs) based on Business Impact Analysis (BIA) results. You will be responsible for creating technical ITSCM concepts and recovery plans, while planning and evaluating regular emergency tests and exercises. This role requires close collaboration with Business Continuity Management (BCM), Information Security Management (ISM), and Cyber Incident Response teams. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT Management, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in IT Service Management and/or IT Emergency and Continuity Management
  • Demonstrated experience in project management
  • Professional experience working with international standards such as ISO 27031, ITIL, and ISO 27001
  • Proven background in analyzing IT infrastructure risks and developing recovery strategies
