Job Summary

As a Group Leader in Drug Product Characterization at Coriolis Pharma, you will spearhead a team of scientists dedicated to liquid chromatography (LC) within a global contract research and development organization. Your daily activities involve managing scientific operations, overseeing high-quality analytical services for biopharmaceuticals, and ensuring the successful delivery of client projects. You will be responsible for both the disciplinary management of your team—including recruitment and performance reviews—and the operational success of the group, tracking KPIs and meeting revenue targets. This role is unique for its blend of deep scientific expertise in drug development and strategic business accountability. You will act as a vital link between internal departments and international clients, driving innovation in LC techniques such as SEC, IEX, and RP. The position offers an opportunity to work in a diverse, international environment near Munich, contributing directly to the commercialization of life-saving biologics and vaccines.
