As a Senior ServiceNow Platform Owner within the Digital Services division, you will be instrumental in driving the digitalization strategy for critical railway infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing the platform strategy, defining governance guidelines, and ensuring the stability, security, and performance of the ServiceNow environment. You will act as a bridge between technical departments and external partners, gathering requirements to implement new functions and overseeing the migration of legacy services.
