Job Summary

This role involves managing the daily human resources operations for a climate technology company in Erlangen. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end monthly payroll process, including social security and tax reporting. Your day-to-day tasks will include maintaining personnel master data, drafting employment contracts and references, and serving as the primary point of contact for employees and authorities regarding labor law and social insurance inquiries. Additionally, you will oversee fleet management, coordinate employee training, and support the supervision of apprentices.
