Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support 1st Level Specialist, responsible for providing initial technical assistance and resolving IT issues for a leading European IT service provider. Day-to-day tasks involve handling incoming support requests via phone or chat, performing initial troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems where possible. When issues require further expertise, the specialist will escalate them to 2nd level support. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with common Microsoft applications. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Assistant, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification

- Experience with SINA devices is preferred
