As an IT Systems Technician in 2nd Level Support, you will serve as the primary contact for operational technical issues, working for a successful IT service provider established since 1995. Your daily responsibilities include operating client and server systems both on-site at customer locations and within data centers. You will independently maintain IT systems, plan and execute new installations, and ensure comprehensive documentation of all technical activities. Required Skills

Education
