Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician in Augsburg, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive onsite support and managing the IT workplace environment for a major corporate client. Your daily activities will involve the rollout of IT hardware and providing 2nd level support for approximately 3,000 Windows clients. A significant portion of the role focuses on error analysis and troubleshooting for industrial hardware, including panel PCs and industrial tablets. You will also participate in weekend on-call shifts to ensure continuous service availability.
