Job Summary
As an IT Service Desk Specialist, you will act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries, incidents, and service requests via phone, email, and on-site support. Your daily responsibilities include performing initial technical analysis, resolving issues independently or through remote access, and managing the full lifecycle of support tickets including prioritization and documentation. You will collaborate closely with Second-Level Support and contribute to the maintenance of the internal knowledge base while promoting IT security awareness among users. Required Skills
Education

Experience
