Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist at Die Gute Hand Foundation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure for an organization dedicated to helping children and adults with complex emotional needs. Based in Kürten-Biesfeld, this part-time position (50%) focuses on providing high-quality first-level support and maintaining essential system hardware and software. Your daily responsibilities will include managing printing systems, documenting technical assets, and providing friendly, professional assistance to end-users. Required Skills
