Job Summary

The University Hospital Münster (UKM) is seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher to join its Institute for Musculoskeletal Medicine (IMM), specifically within the Department of Regenerative Musculoskeletal Medicine. This role is crucial for a DFG-funded international project focused on developing a new biodegradable implant material for stabilizing long bone fractures. The successful candidate will independently plan, execute, and analyze experiments using in vivo and in vitro models for musculoskeletal diseases, presenting findings within a multidisciplinary team. Doctoral degree in life sciences, veterinary medicine, or related fields

Experience

  • Background in cell culture of diverse cell lines, 3-D cultures, and primary cells of the musculoskeletal system
  • Experience with modern molecular techniques
