This leadership role involves overseeing the maintenance, renewal, and construction of street lighting and traffic signal systems for the city of Salzgitter. As the Head of the Department within the Civil Engineering and Traffic Service, you will be responsible for the strategic planning of medium- and long-term annual programs, including budget management and cost estimation. Your daily tasks will include managing technical staff, overseeing construction supervision, and maintaining software programs for traffic signal controllers and traffic computers. This position is ideal for an experienced electrical engineer or technical specialist who enjoys a mix of administrative leadership and hands-on technical oversight.
