Job Summary

As an E-Learning Specialist based in Pforzheim, you will join a creative team focused on the end-to-end planning and realization of digital training courses. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the conceptualization, design, and maintenance of e-learning content, where you will translate complex subject matter into easily understandable digital formats. You will be responsible for the entire video production lifecycle, including planning, filming, and conceptual editing, while also creating and implementing various multimedia materials such as images and graphics. A key part of the role is the continuous development of the usability and design standards for the company's virtual learning environment. This position is particularly attractive due to its modern technological environment, flat hierarchies, and a flexible hybrid work model that allows for two days of home office per week with company-provided equipment.
