Job Summary

This role seeks a creative E-Learning Content Developer and Designer to join a dynamic team in Pforzheim, focusing on the planning and execution of engaging e-learning courses. Day-to-day responsibilities include the conceptualization, design, and maintenance of e-learning content, simplifying complex information for learners, and planning, shooting, and editing thematic instructional videos. The specialist will also be responsible for creating and implementing video, image, and multimedia materials, while conceptually advancing the usability and design of the virtual learning environment. The ideal candidate possesses a degree or vocational training in Multimedia Design, professional experience in e-learning or a comparable role, and excellent proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite and modern internet technologies. This position offers a permanent contract, a personal work environment with flat hierarchies, and a flexible hybrid work model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
