Job Summary
This full-time position within the District Administrator's Office focuses on driving digital transformation across various administrative departments. As a Digitalization Administrative Specialist, you will act as an internal consultant, analyzing and optimizing existing workflows to transition them into digital processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities include creating online forms, maintaining critical databases, and providing first-level technical support to colleagues. Additionally, you will play a key role in knowledge management by building and maintaining a central knowledge database. The role is ideal for professionals with a background in public administration, IT, or commerce who possess a strong affinity for technology.
