Job Summary
As a Technical Support Specialist for the District School Administration, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation of local schools starting September 2026. Your daily responsibilities involve providing first-level analysis and resolution of IT and media technology issues, both remotely and on-site at various educational facilities. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement digitalization strategies, manage hardware and software rollout processes, and assist in migration projects to the data center. Beyond troubleshooting, you will contribute to defining equipment standards, assist in procurement processes, and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base through a ticketing system. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent qualification.
