Job Summary

As the Team Lead for Traffic and Water at Sweco, you will spearhead the management and coordination of infrastructure projects across all HOAI performance phases. Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading a multidisciplinary team, acting as the primary point of contact for existing clients, and actively acquiring new business. You will be responsible for the technical and commercial processing of offers, contract negotiations, and ensuring the economic success of your projects.
