Job Summary
As a Senior Project Engineer at Sweco, you will lead and execute complex building services projects with a focus on sustainability. Your daily responsibilities include managing all project phases (1-9 HOAI), specifically within the HVAC and plumbing disciplines (HKLS). You will be responsible for creating detailed 3D BIM models, technical calculations, and tender documents while ensuring that projects meet strict quality, deadline, and cost requirements. This role offers a high degree of autonomy, allowing you to take on sub-project leadership for demanding technical installations. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed degree in Engineering, specializing in Building Services, Utility Engineering, or a comparable field.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the planning of HVAC/HKLS systems
- Initial professional experience in project management or sub-project leadership is preferred
- Proven track record in handling project phases 1-9 of the HOAI
- Experience in creating 3D models and working within BIM frameworks
- Demonstrated ability in structured project execution and team communication
Languages
Additional
- The candidate must have a routine working knowledge of specific CAD tools including Revit, AutoCAD, and LINEAR. Proficiency in German VOB and HOAI regulations is mandatory for project compliance.
