Job Summary
This role involves actively shaping the digitalization of the Hessian financial administration by identifying and leveraging the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI). You will be responsible for managing projects and budgets to implement innovative solutions that strengthen digital sovereignty. Day-to-day tasks include planning and quality assurance for generative AI projects, conducting requirement analysis with stakeholders, and managing technical, ethical, and legal risks associated with AI deployment. You will utilize agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban to ensure efficient project delivery and maintain comprehensive documentation. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Data Science.
Experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in AI or software development
- Experience in applying agile project management methods and tools
- Professional experience in analyzing complex technical and business requirements
- Experience in leading project groups and working in interdisciplinary teams
