Job Summary
As a Facility & Safety Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of building facilities and technical infrastructure, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and electrical systems. Your daily activities involve coordinating with external service providers and authorities to ensure operational excellence and safety compliance. You will act as a key advisor to management and staff regarding occupational health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections to identify and rectify deficiencies in fire protection and workplace safety. The role requires performing risk and accident analyses to develop preventative measures. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Supply Engineering, Real Estate Management, or a related field; Completed certification as an Occupational Safety Specialist (Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit).
Experience
- Professional experience in facility management, engineering, or real estate management
- Experience in the practical and legally compliant implementation of occupational safety measures
- Experience in the aviation industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Proven experience in managing technical infrastructure including HVAC and electrical systems
- Experience in coordinating with external service providers, authorities, and professional associations

Additional
- Certification as an Environmental Protection Officer or Energy Management Officer is highly desirable. Candidates must demonstrate professional conduct when dealing with customers and regulatory authorities.
