Job Summary
As a Technical Project Manager for Electrical Engineering at BAUER, you will take full responsibility for the organization and management of complex projects from the initial sales handover to final completion. Your daily activities involve coordinating site managers, senior installers, and subcontractors to ensure that all technical processes meet quality, cost, and deadline requirements. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, authorities, and suppliers, managing project documentation, controlling budgets, and overseeing the commissioning of electrical systems. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering or qualification as a Technician or Master Craftsman (Meister) in the electrical field.
Experience
- Professional experience in project management, ideally with certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2
- Leadership experience in managing project teams, site managers, and subcontractors
- Proven experience in project controlling, cost monitoring, and schedule management
- Practical experience in circuit technology, energy technology, and automation
- Experience applying relevant standards including VDE, DIN, and ISO
Languages

- Location: Düsseldorf. Permanent full-time contract. Knowledge of VDE, DIN, and ISO standards required.
