Job Summary

As an ERP Support Specialist with a focus on Finance, you will play a critical role in the digital evolution of a leading wind energy service provider. Based in Hamburg, you will serve as the primary point of contact for colleagues regarding the 'proAlpha' ERP solution and other integrated systems. Your daily responsibilities include providing 1st and 2nd level support, troubleshooting system errors, and analyzing IT-supported business processes. You will also be responsible for implementing small programming adjustments, creating new system processes, and conducting software testing prior to new version rollouts. This position is ideal for a solution-oriented professional who enjoys understanding complex systems and documenting process improvements. Required Skills

Education

Completed IT-focused vocational training (e.g., IT Systems Management Assistant or IT Specialist for Systems Integration) or a comparable qualification.

Experience

At least 2 years of professional experience in IT support and ERP administration
Proven experience with modern, integrated ERP systems and their functionalities
Experience in troubleshooting, error isolation, and user communication
Experience in analyzing and documenting IT-supported business processes
