Working 10-20 hours per week in Osnabrück, the successful candidate will support the daily operations of the People Management team, specifically focusing on personnel support and recruitment. Key responsibilities include maintaining applicant and employee data quality within HR systems, drafting and structuring job profiles, and assisting with various HR projects.
