Job Summary

As the Group Lead for Security Engineering within the Secondary Technology System Automation department, you will lead and develop a team of eleven professionals dedicated to maintaining and modernizing Berlin's 36,000-kilometer power grid. Your primary focus is the protection and remote monitoring of critical assets to ensure a reliable power supply for 3.7 million customers. Day-to-day, you will manage technical projects, oversee the maintenance of security systems, and drive the digital transformation of technical processes. You are responsible for disciplinary leadership, personnel development, and ensuring compliance with IT security and occupational safety regulations. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the strategic future of security architectures (including electronic locking systems and video surveillance) in a crisis-proof environment. The position is highly attractive due to its significant leadership responsibility, a 37-hour work week, and a competitive salary range of €79,000 to €115,000.

Required Skills

Education

Experience
