Job Summary

This role involves providing professional Second-Level Support within a modern client and server environment for a reputable IT service provider. On a day-to-day basis, you will perform remote fault analysis, troubleshoot technical disruptions, and handle the installation and updating of various software applications. You will be responsible for application administration and ensuring the seamless operation of hardware, including the physical setup and commissioning of FatClients and ThinClients. A key part of the position includes detailed documentation of all activities within the customer's ticketing systems. Required Skills

Education

  • Proven experience working with professional ticketing systems for incident management
