This role involves managing the IT infrastructure and communication technology for the District Office of Tempelhof-Schöneberg, specifically supporting 57 schools and 25 sports facilities. As an IT Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for first-level support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing the lifecycle of IT assets including mobile devices, licenses, and inventory. You will play a critical role in planning and implementing new IT procedures and software versions while providing technical consultancy for school renovation projects regarding server room setups and equipment. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in IT / Information and Communication Technology OR completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Clerk, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or Administrative Assistant with completion of Administrative Course II.

Experience

  • Professional experience in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is desirable
  • Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting and system maintenance
  • Experience in administrative IT tasks such as inventory and license management
  • Experience in providing user support and technical training
